WOOBAZ How do I get it?
The certificate is available from the user area, in the item management page. It is generated from the WOOBAZ registration and the information recorded for the item.

The WOOBAZ certificate brings together the essential information for a registered item and helps quickly check the consistency of a registration online or from a QR code.
Why issue it?
It can support a sale, return, inspection, inventory, insurance process or simply be kept with the useful documents for the item.
Which formats?
The certificate is designed for PDF output. The associated QR code can be downloaded as PNG, SVG or PDF so it can be printed, archived or added to a marking medium.
How is it checked?
The QR code opens the public registration check. The check confirms that the code exists and displays authorized information without freely exposing the user private data.
Useful, but controlled
The displayed information depends on the data entered and the item status in WOOBAZ. In case of loss, theft or doubt, the user must update the file and follow the appropriate steps.
